The SpremiĀ pressĀ will squeeze liquids from solids with a ratchet style press system. It is idealĀ for pressing produce such as olives,Ā tomatoes, eggplant and grapes and can alsoĀ be used to press water from any soft fruit, vegetable or cheese.
They use a stationary threaded shaft with a double ratcheting head to do the pressing and is equipped with a stainless steel perforated pressing basket and pail to place your chosen produceĀ in with an attached drainpipe for the pressed liquid to strain from. For extra fine seedsĀ you will require a cheese cloth be put inside the perforated basket.
It is not designed for making nut milks.
