Imperia Restaurant R220 - Electronic (Variable Speed)

The Imperia is the industry standard for over 50 years! Most restaurants serving fresh house made pasta have used this classic machine, making the R220 one of the most popular pasta maker among home chefs and connoisseurs around the world.

The R220 Electronic is a great pasta machine for restaurants, caterers, and pasta enthusiasts.

This model has the added convenience of having a strong electric motor built into the chassis.

As an update for 2022, Imperia has changed the safety cover for the rollers, it is now a metal cage instead of the previous wooden bars, the metal cage allows visibility of the rollers, while still protecting fingers!

The Imperia R220 Electric is sold as a stand alone unit.

Since an update in 2020, the optional pasta cutter attachments mount on the side of the machine (pictured) for a more user-friendly workflow. The following pasta cutters are optionally available at an additional cost:
